If you are not completely satisfied with the guitar that you have purchased, simply return it within 5 days of receiving it. When we receive the guitar, as long as it's in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to you we will refund your full purchase price minus the original cost of shipping.

(If you purchased a case with your guitar, the same guidelines apply if you wish to return the case.)

Note: Any damage that occurs during shipping from us to you is completely our responsibility. If the guitar (or any other item) arrives damaged, we will pay to have it returned to us and ship you a replacement at no additional charge. If you would like to return the guitar during the 5-day trial period, any damage or wear that occurs while in your possession will be deducted from your refund. In this case, we are not responsible for any damage sustained by the guitar in shipment from you to us. If any damage occurs, it will be deducted from your refund.

The XGuitars Workmanship Guarantee:

All guitars listed on our site as "new" carry a 3-year warranty that covers defects in workmanship.
If any manufacturing defects are found within the first three years, we will repair or replace the instrument.
There is no charge for this service apart from shipping charges.
