NOTE: Suction cups do not work well on non-gloss finishes. If your finish is not smooth and shiny, we highly recommend Sagework Magnetic Guitar Supports. ErgoPlay includes adhesive films with this support that will allow suction cups to adhere more securely, but these films can cause serious damage to your guitar finish.
The ErgoPlay Troster Model offers the ultimate in adjustability. The height and angle of the arms can be adjusted as well as the angle and position of the suction cups relative to the support. Tabs on the suction cups allow easy removal to prevent damage to the guitar finish.
The Troster Model provides the possibility for increased height for taller players. If you prefer your guitar in a lower position, however, we recommend the Tappert model.
Arms folded down, its compact size allows it to fit in many standard hardshell cases. Folded to its minimum size, the Troster fits in an area that is 8.5" x 6" x 3.25".
Includes two ErgoPlay Suction Cup Helpers.
Minimum guitar body width: 3.5 inches (89mm)

The product arrived quickly and was intuitive as far as set up. There are a wide range of positions that can be used. I have not arrived at my ideal permanent position as of yet. I can tell you it is very comfortable and attaches easily to my guitars.
I have noticed a lot less shoulder and back pain when practicing with this support as opposed to a traditional foot rest.
All in all a good solid product that I’m looking forward to using for years to come.
It works as expected, and adheres to my guitar well. I actually stuck it on the day my new guitar arrived, and it has remained ever since. Good product.
I had just started to relearn the classical guitar after more than 25 years. Within a few weeks I developed pain just inside my left shoulder blade, even with a footstool. It was bad enough I started popping ibuprofen and visiting the chiropractor more frequently along with doing various stretches. A friend turned me onto the ErgoPlay Troster and as soon as it arrived and I attached it to the guitar, I immediately felt less tension in my back upon playing the guitar. It has been three weeks since I started using it and feel no more pain in that area at all. I would have had to give up playing the guitar if I hadn't bought one of these.
I did find attaching the suction cups to the device a little tricky, but once they are on, you can adjust the angle as needed for the guitar. You can adjust not only the height but the angle of the armature, which I found essential to get the ErgoPlay Troster to remain attached during play.
I highly recommend this for any classical guitar player!
This is a high quality product. I recommend it to anyone that wants a support.
Makes playing and practicing much easier!
