(This is based on the day the tracking information shows that it arrived at your address.) When we receive your return, as long as it's in the same condition as it was when it was shipped it to you, we will refund your full purchase price minus the original cost of shipping. Note: Any damage that occurs during shipping from us to you is completely our responsibility. If a guitar (or any other item) arrives damaged, we will pay to have it returned to us and ship you a replacement at no additional charge. If you would like to return a guitar during the 5-day trial period, any damage or wear that occurs while in your possession will be deducted from your refund. In this case, we are not responsible for any damage sustained by the guitar in shipment from you to us. If any damage occurs, it will be deducted from your refund, so please fully insure the guitar with your shipper.
