I've tried several different classical guitar rests and this one is the best. I ordered a second shorter model but will keep the tall to maybe improve my posture. (!) The design and build quality is first rate, highly recommended!

Man, I wish these had been around 40 years ago. Might have saved me some issues. No getting used to it. It's just comfortable from the get go. Not nearly has hard to install as I thought. I do suggest removing strings though. I just used in place until I needed to restring the guitar. I was very nervous, but it ended up being no big deal. For shorty me, the small one, with the curved arm removed and the foot put rifht on that side instead, has been perfect for a variety of chair heights. Best. Invention. Ever. Super fast service! Couldn't be more pleased. The magnets fit JUST right between the braces of my 3/4 Cordoba sides on the inside.
I received the Sagework Umbra Magnetic Guitar Support-Short last week. I installed it the same day. Installation is easy and the instructions are clear. Total installation time was about 15 minutes. I bought extra sets of magnets and expect those installations to take about 5 minutes per guitar. It is very easy. I used many guitar supports in the past, trying to achieve a good, both-feet-on-the-ground, posture. The trouble with all previous equipment was that it did not feel stable enough. So, I eventually went back to my old foot stool. Not so with the Umbra. It is rock solid. It doesn't flex, tip or slip on my leg. The Umbra stays put. Putting the support on the guitar and removing it couldn't be easier. The magnets are so strong they literally pull the support into place and won't let go. But as strong as they are if I simply leverage back on one edge of the support the magnets let go and off it comes. I have enough magnets for three guitars. I will install those in the next couple of days and say "good-bye" to my old foot rest.
I love The Umbra - short. It makes it so much easier to get me into the correct position. The company has been awesome to work with. Will recommend them to other guitar players.
